How soon will I receive a response to my quote request?
Our commitment at Kennedale Storage is to get back to you promptly within 15 -30 mins from the time of your inquiry during regular business hours. We know that your time is valuable, and we at Kennedale Storage strive to provide swift and efficient communication.
Can I get multiple estimates?
Certainly! We believe in empowering our customers with options. You can need multiple quotes, each outlining different Unit sizes, accessories and other additional costs for your project, we are happy to provide them.. This way, you have the flexibility to choose the solution that best aligns with your preferences and budget.
How long is a Rental Period?
Your Rental Period is determined based on the amount of time selected at the time of initial payment. Kennedale Storage has Weekly and Monthly Rental Periods.
Weekly Rental Periods are 7 days from the date of move in.
Monthly Rental Rates are calculated from the move in date to the day before your anniversary date, i.e. July 01 – July 31, would be your Monthly Rental Period, with the new month starting August 01.
How does billing and payments work?
Kennedale Storage has several payment options available when renting a Storage Unit;
1. Pay when you move into the Storage Unit: If you’re ready to move in, and have booked a Unit with our sales associates, just come on down to our yard and pay before you load the Unit. Kennedale Storage accepts debit, credit, and cash at the office.
2. Pre-book your Storage Rental: When pre-booking your storage rental, Kennedale Storage will send a signiflow e-document contract for your review and signature. Once signed and returned, we will require a credit card on file to process a payment 24-hrs before your scheduled move in date; you can pay online by selecting pay now one the billing invoice sent to the email you provided; or finally, you can pay with a e-transfer to payments@kennedalestorage.com.
Additional months rent will be billed to your email 24-hrs before the anniversary date of your rental and you can pay by any of the methods provided above. If there is a Credit card on file the payment will be processed 24-hrs before the anniversary date.
How do I know that my belongings are Safe in your Container Units?
Kennedale Storage has taken a multi-faceted approach to securing our customers belongings from damage or theft. When ordering our Container Units for manufacture, we put in place a few simple yet very effective design features to reduce the possibility of unauthorized access;
1. The first was our SafeSecure Double Lock System. Using a specially designed lock cover, combined with a specific type of Security Lock that is included with the container rental, we prevented the Container Lock from being cut off of the container using the average tools and equipment most people would have available. Additionally the customer provides their own padlock on the handle itself so that even we won’t enter the container under normal circumstances.
2. The yard is under video 24hr monitored surveillance, in the even an unauthorized persons enters the yard after regular business hours, the monitoring station will be alerted and Edmonton Police Services will be notified. Despite all these measures.
Kennedale Storage does still require Contents Insurance on the belongings in our containers, so that if the worst happens, the customer will be covered if belongings need to be replaced or repaired.
